Er. Pankaj Negi is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure industry. As the Founder and CEO of Avnendra Infrastructure, he has played a pivotal role in delivering a diverse range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects with a focus on quality, time management, and innovation.
With a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Er. Negi laid a strong foundation in structural design and construction practices. He further honed his expertise with dual post-graduate degrees – a Master’s in Construction & Engineering Management and a Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning, equipping him with in-depth knowledge of both micro-level project execution and macro-level urban development.
Er. Negi is a Registered Civil Engineer and holds the prestigious title of Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Engineers (India), demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence and adherence to national engineering standards.
Throughout his career, he has led numerous turnkey projects, offering end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services including project planning, execution, procurement, tendering, contract management, quality control, vendor coordination, and post-construction documentation. His approach is rooted in precision, integrity, and client satisfaction.
Under his leadership, Avnendra Infrastructure has grown into a trusted name in the industry, known for its transparency, efficiency, and a result-driven approach. As a Senior Consultant at Avnendra Infrastructure, she brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative design insight, offering comprehensive solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, which laid the foundation for her analytical thinking and process-oriented approach. Complementing this technical background, she pursued a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, allowing her to seamlessly bridge the gap between function and aesthetics in architectural spaces. Additionally, her MBA in Supply Chain Management empowers her with strong operational and resource optimization capabilities—vital for the timely and cost-efficient delivery of interior and infrastructure projects.
As a Registered Interior Designer, Er. Karuna Negi is recognized for her deep understanding of spatial planning, material selection, lighting design, and user-centric aesthetics. Her approach blends creativity with practicality, ensuring that each space is not only visually appealing but also functional and sustainable.
